Agreement
By accessing or using NextGen Baloch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided to authorized clients by the platform operator. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
NextGen Baloch is a social media automation platform that lets you configure workflows, connect platform credentials (including YouTube and Meta), queue content sources, and schedule automated publishing through integrated automation infrastructure.
Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by an administrator — there is no public self-registration
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
- You must have the right to connect and publish to any social account you link to the Service
- The operator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable platform policies
Connected platforms
When you connect third-party accounts (Google/YouTube, Meta, etc.), you authorize the Service to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You remain subject to each platform's terms (e.g. YouTube Terms of Service). You are solely responsible for content published through your workflows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
- Publish spam, malware, or content prohibited by connected platforms
- Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or abuse rate limits
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service without authorization
Subscription and limits
Usage may be subject to subscription package limits (e.g. workflow count). The operator may change plans, limits, or pricing with notice to administrators. Features depend on correctly configured integrations (n8n, expand services, OAuth credentials).
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automation depends on third-party APIs and may fail due to platform changes, rate limits, or network issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing or specific reach/engagement outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue, deleted content, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
